This n8n workflow powers a Telegram bot that helps users find answers to frequently asked questions from a database. If their question isn’t answered, they can request a consultation with a manager.
Setup

Prepare your database:
- Use the provided SQL script to create the necessary tables in your Postgres database.
- Replace
"n8n"
in the script with your actual schema name. - Execute the script in your database.

Add credentials in n8n:
- Telegram API credentials
- Postgres database credentials
How to customize this workflow to your needs
- Edit the FAQ content directly in your Postgres database.
- Modify the message flow in the Telegram nodes to match your tone of voice.
- Add conditional logic to route users to different teams or escalation flows.
