This n8n workflow powers a Telegram bot that helps users find answers to frequently asked questions from a database. If their question isn’t answered, they can request a consultation with a manager.

Setup

  1. Prepare your database:
    • Use the provided SQL script to create the necessary tables in your Postgres database.
    • Replace "n8n" in the script with your actual schema name.
    • Execute the script in your database.
  2. Add credentials in n8n:
    • Telegram API credentials
    • Postgres database credentials

How to customize this workflow to your needs

  • Edit the FAQ content directly in your Postgres database.
  • Modify the message flow in the Telegram nodes to match your tone of voice.
  • Add conditional logic to route users to different teams or escalation flows.
